                                                    Georgia, Stewart County:

To any ordained Minister of the Gospel, Jewish Minister, Judge or Justice of 
the Peace:

You are hereby authorized to join James E. Bell and Miss Willie Majors in the 
Holy State of Matrimony, according to the Constition and Laws of this State, 
and for which this shall be your sufficient License.

Given under my hand and seal this 16th day of January 1897

I hereby Certify that James E. Bell and Miss Willie Majors were duly joined in 
Matrimony by me, this 17th day of January 1897
