Bell. I Gilford E. Bell of said state and county being of sound and ?? mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. 1st I wish my exeutor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if a sale of property shall be necessary I wish them to select for sale that which can ve most advantageously used for that purpose and I authorize them to sell the same at public or private sale or they may see fit. 2nd I give to my three sons O.C. Bell, J.E. Bell, and C.E. Bell one third each all of my residence both real and personal to be divided as they, these three having see fit. 3rd I do will if any one of my three sons O.C. Bell, J.E. Bell, and C.E. Bell should die before I do then one third of my estate both real and personal go to their bodily heirs 4th I will that all the residue of my property be equally divided among my three sons - but before the division is made I desire that all three children shall be made equal from said residue, each child to account fully for whatever property or money I may have given them and the notes and receipts in my posession for money advanced and lent to my children. I wish not to be considered as debt but as advancements. 5th I do hereb appoint O.C. Bell and James E. Bell executors of this my will. Said executors not to receive any extra compensation or considerations frojm my estate only pay the actual expenses. and I do further will that my executors be releived from giving any bond or to make any ?? of their actings and doings - only to mind up and make the dividions as I have made this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this Sept 1st 1910. Gilford E.
