Clegg of the other part, both of the County and State aforesaid, Witnessith, that said Chesley D Clegg, for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand and fifty dollars, cash to him in hand paid, by the same Ann E. Clegg, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Ann E. Clegg, her heirs, and assigns, the following described lands towit, all my interest, it being the undivided half interest in and to one hundred and fifty one and four fifths acres, more or less, off the south portion of lot of land, number twenty nine (29) in the thirtieth district of originally Lee, now Schley County, commencing at a red oak corner on the west line of said lot of land and running due east to a stake on Robert Gilmore line - said line being fifty five chains long, the red oak corner being thirty three chains and thirty-five links, east from the north west corner of said lot. To have and to hold my said interest in the said described lot of land, unto her the said, Ann E. Clegg, her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple and the said Chesley D. Clegg for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, the said bargained interests together with all the rights, members and appundences to said land belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto her the said Ann Clegg, her heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the rights and title of the same, free from the lawful claim or claims of all other persons whatsoever. In witness where of, the said Chesley D. Clegg hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, the day and year from above written.
