(Lot 1st) and the (___) is being the No. ??1422147 to Jesse Salter Lot No 44, also the lot known as the (Huey?) Lot also the Lot in the 16th District known as No. (blank) to Renderson Cobb in right of his wife, Elizabeth Cobb is awarded the Lot No 175 Co Dist of Sumter County - also fifty acres more or less on the west side of the Creek Muckalee (sp?) known as part of the Brady Lot also one third interest in the (___) course - Land No. 123 (? or 23) Dist not known. To Sallie Salter is awarded the Lot on which John Salter lives now known as the Lot No. (blank) also one third interest in the Lot of Land in (? Mon Co.) ?Macon? To James Salter is awarded Lot of Land in Lee known as Lot No. (blank) joining Joe Griffins, also Lot No (blank) of 79 acres on the Flint River in Sumter County 15th (?) District. each (?) part to review his or her (? prorated) of the parcel ----- se the Land in Randolph or Terrell County and also the hundred acres in Meriwether County to be (?used)by the Administrators and the (?) Listicales? of the estate joined and the remainder to be (? equally?) divided among the heirs at law and if said land do not pay off the debts of the estate of the deceased then one and all of us agree to refund & be responsible for our proportional part of said remainder so unpaid. It is hereby agreed that one certain ? cessive? obtained in Sumter Superior Court in the fall term of 1840 against Wm Wims/Mims & James Salter shall be dormant against the Estate of James Salter but good against Wm Mims? & if ever collected it is to equally divided among the heirs & assigns of the present heirs & survivors to this instrument.
