ARRAIGNED FOR SEDUCTION

Americus, Ga., August 16--(Special)--N.M. McTyiere, of this county, was 
arraigned before Judge Pilsbury this morning, charged with the seduction of 
Miss Jennings, who also lives in this county, near Smithville.  McTyiere 
waived a preliminary examination, and gave bond in the sum of $1,000 for his 
appearance at the next term of the superior court.
