MORTUARY.

Americus, Ga., November 7-
Thomas E. Allen died this morning after a short illness from consumption.  The 
deceased was a prominent young business man and generally esteemed.  A young 
wife and three children survive him.  The funeral services were conducted this 
afternoon from the First Methodist church & was largely attended.
