Tante Funeral Home   February 2008
Kenneth Harry Davis, 62, of Buena Vista, Georgia died February 18, 2008 at 
Vista Care Hospice in Columbus, GA.

A graveside service was held February 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at New Providence 
Baptist Cemetery with Reverend Raymond Smith officiating. 

Mr. Davis was born to Luther Ray and Christine Hagler Davis on November 19, 
1945 in Americus, Georgia. He was Baptist by faith. He was living in Atlanta, 
but had been back in Marion County for the last eighteen years. He loved to 
hunt and to fish, and his special companion was his dog, Jake. He was preceded 
in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, Christine Hagler Davis, by a brother, Stanley R. 
Davis, by a sister, Eleaner Davis, all of Buena Vista and by one nephew, Craig 
Davis of Tazewell, Georgia.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista was in charge of arrangements. Serving as 
active pallbearers were Ricky Davis, Chris Davis, Steve Davis, Neil McClung, 
John Dent, and C. L. Parker.
