Hon. C.B. Hudson, solicitor of the Southwestern circuit, died at his home at 
Americus last week of apoplexy.  He had been solicitor of that circuit for many 
years and had many friends not only in the circuit but in many parts of the 
state.  He was but human and had his faults, but he possessed a noble and 
generous heart.
