Death

Mrs. B.B. Hinton died at her residence in this city at 4 o’clock a.m. Wednesday 
morning.  She had been ill a long time with dropsy affection, and her death was 
not unexpected.  She was a most excellent Christian lady, had many admirable 
qualifications and a host of friends to whom the announcement of her death will 
bring sorrow.  She leaves a son and daughter to mourn her loss.  She was buried 
in Oak Grove Cemetery Wednesday afternoon, a large concourse of sorrowing 
friends following the remains to its last resting place. – Americus Republican

Mrs. Hinton was at one time a resident of Buena Vista and she has many friends 
here who will regret to hear of her death.
