TIMMONS, LEOLA MITCHELL
Mrs. Timmons of Route 1, Box 294, Cobb, GA, was born January 6, 1924, in 
Sumter County, GA, daughter of Frank and Annie Mae Porter Mitchell.  She 
married Mr. Ulysses Timmons Sr. in 1931.  She died October 16, 1995 in 
Americus, GA.  Funeral services were held at 11:00, Saturday, October 21, 1995 
at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church; Reverend H L McGruder officiated; burial in 
Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  Survivors include: her husband, four 
sons, Mr. Ulysses Timmons, Jr, Mr. Willie C Timmons, Mr. Arthur Timmons and 
Mr. James Timmons; two brothers, Mr. John T Mitchell and Mr. Emanuel Mitchell, 
15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
