Kennedy, Cpl. Robert Crittenden, Smithville Ga.
After entering the service, Corporal Kennedy was attached to
Company "D," 328th Infantry, 82nd division, with which unit
he embarked for over-sea service. He served in the front line
trenches, and was killed by a machine gun bullet in the battle
of the Argonne Forest, near Chatel Chehery, Oct 7, 1918.
