Gravemarker of C. Alice Ansley.  Alice was born October 9, 1846 to Elbert 
Oxford Ansley and Mary Jane Council.  She married William E. Felts January 16, 
1866 in Sumter County, Georgia.  They had one son - James Alonzo Felts.  Alice 
died February 16, 1869.  She is buried in the Benevolence United Methodist 
Church Cemetery in Americus, Sumter County, Georgia.

The gravemarker is shared with 3 other family members - her father, mother and 
brother.
