     Col. R. B. Harley of Sparta, Ga. and Miss Mary Blanche Brown of Birmingham
were married Wednesday by Rev. Handley, pastor of the First Central Presbyterian
Church, Birmingham, at the residence of the bride's mother. The bride is a
native of Americus, Ga. Col. Harley is a lawyer and writer. Col and Mrs. Harley
passed through Atlanta Thursday en-route to the bridegroom's beautiful country
home. "Marquet," where Col Harley will conclude his history of the
Spanish-American War.
