According to the book, here's how it goes (in a nutshell): Three ADAMS brothers married three RUDD sisters who were born in Mecklinburg Co. GA, were the sons of George ADAMS, who married Sarah PROCTOR. Sarah PROCTOR was the daughter of Samuel and Catherine PROCTOR who arrived in SC from Belfast Ireland on the brigantine, "Chichester" on Jan. 5, 1768. they lived and died in Newberry Dist. SC. Note: This book was hard to follow. In an effort to write the lineage in prose, the author tends to lose you. I also found a few conflicting errors in dates and did not record all of the marriage and birth dates here. I highly recommend that you or anyone interested in this line to read this book for yourself for the details. I may have gotten a few wrong. ======================== USGENWEB NOTICE: In keeping with our policy of providing free information on the Internet, data may be freely used by non-commercial entities, as long as this message remains on all copied material.
