Stokes deceased as the legal representative of Dandridge Claiborn deceased which an now are and owning to us by and from the said debtors and to have use and take all lawful ways and means in my name or otherwise and to complound and agroud? for the sum and acquittences or other receipts and dealings for the same for me and in our name to make seal and deliver and to do all other lawful acts and things whatsoever concerning the premises as fully and in every aspect as there we were personally present at the doing thereof and one or more attorneys under him for the purpose aforesaid then and again at his pleasure rook ? ratifying and confirming and by these presents allowing whatsoever amy said attorneys shall in my name do secure? to be ___ and about the premises by virture of these presents. In witness whereof we have here unto set our hands and affixed our seals this fourteenth day of February in the year one thousand eight hunred and thirty five. Goss, Clerk of the Inferior Court aforesaid State and County do hereby certify that Charles R. Wynn whose name appears to the foregoing letter of attorney as a Subscribing Witness as a Justice of Peace for said county and that full faith and credit ought to be had and given to his attorney as such and that the same is in our form. Goss (seal) Georgia Talbot Co I, James Bussy, one of the Justices of the Inferior Court aforesaid State and County do hereby certify that William Goss whose name appears to the foregoing certificate is Clerk of the Inferior Court for said county and that full faith and credit ought to be had and given to his attorney as such and that the same is in our form.
