Georgia
Talbot County }  This indenture made the Twentieth of June Eighteen hundred 
forty four between John A Heard of the one part and William Williamson of the 
other part William Williamson of the county of Harris both of the same state 
aforesaid,  Witnesseth that the said John A Heard for & in consideration of the 
sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing & 
delivery of these presents do sell & convey unto the said William Williamson 
his heirs & assigns all that tract or parcel of land it being the east half of 
lot No. (184) one hundred & Eighty four in the (17) seventeenth district 
originally Muscogee now Talbot County containing one hundred one & one fourth 
acres more or less unto him the said Wm. Williamson his heirs executors 
administrators &c the said bargained premises Together with all & singular the 
rights members & appurtenances thereto belonging the same in any manner, and 
the said John A. Heard will forever warrant & defend the right & title Thereof 
against himself & against the claim or claims of all & every other person or 
persons whatever lawfully claiming the same
In witness whereof the said John A. Heard hath hereunto set his hand & affixed 
his seal the day & date above written
Signed sealed & delivered in presence of us interlined before assigned
