Talbot County Deed Book D, page 19 (on microfilm)

27 Feb. 1836 - THOMAS W. ROBINSON, JOHN WILKERSON to HEZEKIAH GOOLSBY for $290, 
a parcel of land in the 16th district (originally Muscogee) now Talbot... the 
northeast corner of Lot # 270, 50 acres beginning northeast corner os said lot 
and running from Talbotton and the late residence of ELIAS LANDRUM thence along 
the easter line of South side at southeast direction until the same reaches an 
enclosure in the southeast corner of said lot, then along said enclosure east 
until the same reaches 20 feet of the line... from thence due south until the 
same strike the Eastern line, a part lot, from thence 20 feet from the corner, 
being lot on which Talbotton is situated on from thence due north to the 
beginning.
