[missing title] 1849 Vol. 1 -- Page: 67 Sequential Number: 076 Full Title: AN ACT to incorporate the Fountain Spring Camp Ground in the county of Talbot, and appoint Trustees for the same. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That Daniel Sherodon, Zachariah Slornes, Thomas Green, Sampson Foy, Benjamin Searcy, and their successors in office, are hereby appointed Trustees for the Fountain Spring Camp Ground, in the county of Talbot. SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That the Trustees aforesaid, and their successors in office, be and they are hereby invested with the power of using a common [Illegible Text] of suing and being sued, pleading and being impleaded, in the several Courts of law and equity in this State, of making all necessary by-laws for their government, and for filling all vacancies that may occur in their Board, holding titles to and conveying real and personal estate, and of doing all other things, and of enjoying all other immunities not repugnant to the laws and constitution of this State, which may be necessary to the [Illegible Text] being of said corporation, and of filling any vacancy that may take place in their body. SECTION 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws and parts of laws militating against this act, be and the same are hereby repealed. Approval Date: Approved, February 21, 1850.
