Special to Enquirer-Sun.

  Talbotton, March 24.—In the superior court today the case of the state
against W. 
S. BROWN for the killing of John Henry MILLER on the 12th inst., was postponed to 
the first Monday in May, on account of absent witnesses for the defendant.  J. H. 
WORRILL and C. J. THORNTON, of Columbus, and J. J. BULL, of Talbotton, have been 
employed for the defense.”
