G. Currington , of Talbor county, in supreme court has been set for January 18, it is announced by Solicitor General W. R. Flournoy. Currington is currently in the muscogee county jail under sentence to die in the electric chair for the murder of his brother, H. H. Currington, near Junction City, April 15, 1925. He was convicted in Talbot superior court in September and was sentenced to be electrocuted. Solicitor General Flournoy expects to attend the hearing and present argument for the state. John H.
