Notice to Debtors and Creditors,

GEORGIA-Talbot County:

All person indebted to the Estate of Charles L. Smith, Senior, late of said 
county deceased are hereby notified to come forward and settle, and all 
persons having demands against said estate are notified to present their 
claims duly authenticated according to law, within the time prescribed by law 
to the undersigned, or they will be barred.

Additional Comments:
Simeon Glenn Smith and Charles Lee Smith, Jr. were executors of the estate and 
sons of Charles Lee Smith, Sr.

February 19, 1878 issues of this newspaper.
