Miss Jessie Robins, Miss Francis McLaughlin, Miss Cade Willis and Mrs. C.L. Passmore directed the games. Mrs. George Graham presided at the tables, which were placed on the north side of the lawn, and adorned with snowy napery and fragrant roses. The host's table was brightened by crystal candelabra, heirlooms from a great-great ancestor. Fire red, white and blue candles surrounded the large birthday cake to denote the years of the little lad's life. About twenty-five little friends wished for him many happy returns.
