Mr. Tom C. Belyeu who formerly lived in Talbotton died at the home of his son, 
Dr. Belyeu in Atlanta last Thursday night.  His remains were brought to 
Talbotton for burial Sunday.

Rev. J.W. Arnold conducted the funeral from the Methodist church.

Mr. Belyeu was an old confederate veteran, having been a member of Captain B. 
Curley’s company.

He was about 73 years of age at the time of his death.
