THE GOSPEL MESSENGER
Butler, Ga., Jan. 1893, Vol. 15, No. 1
Mrs. L. R. Edwards departed this life at the
residence of her sister, near Geneva, Ga., July 6,
1892. She was born January 31, 1825. Her maiden name
was Cox. She was married to Snow M. Boynton,
September 10, 1840, with whom she lived until his
death, after which she was married to Charles
Edwards, M. D., January 17, 1860, and at last lived
a desolate, lonely and afflicted widow many years
previous to her death. She was baptized into the
fellowship at the church at Upatoie (where her
remains now rest).
