The Talbotton New Era Thursday, August 10, 1911 Page Three Death of Mrs. Fannie Harris Fuller The passing away of Mrs. Ernest Fuller Thursday morning July 27 filled many loving hearts with sadness. She had been a sufferer for many years, but bore all her affliction with meekness and submission. Her pleasures were confined to her home circle, around which clustered all that was devoted in her husband who had always administered so cheerfully to every wish that would promote her happiness and conducive to her comfort. The four devoted children were also tireless in adding to “mama’s” pleasure. Though the home circle is broken, yet, the quiet sweet influence of that christian wife and mother will ever remain. Deceased was for many years a consistent member of the Baptist church, a daughter of the late Rev. John Harris and granddaughter of “Uncle Johnnie Harris” who for many years was pastor of Valley Grove Baptist church, deceased leaves her husband, Mr. Ernest Fuller, a son, three daughters and brother. Mr. Dixie Harris, of Woodland, Mrs. Bell Robinson of Talbotton, Mrs. O.V. Fuller of Abbeville, Mrs. R.S. Sparks and Miss Lila Harris of Shiloh. The interment was at Valley Grove cemetery, the funeral obsequies being conducted by Rev. Snell and Rev. Ben Harris.
