Moore Dies Following Auto Accident JUNCTION CITY, Ga., Nov 12,1944 (Special)- Mrs. Willie Lee Barnes Moore, widow of the late Charles Moore, died at her residence here Monday at 8:15 o’clock, following and illness of four weeks. Mrs. Moore was injured in an automobile accident October 10,1944, at which time her husband, was killed instantly. Born Sept. 5,1874, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wade Hampton Barnes of Talbot County, in which she had lived all her life. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. W.W. Newton, Atlanta; Mrs. W.G. Johnston, Thomaston; and Mrs. John Cozart, Columbus; one son, Robert L. Moore, Junction City; five sisters, Mrs. Mae Butler, Chase City, Va.; Mrs. Lola Williamson, Atlanta; Mrs. Annie Moore, Talbot County; Mrs. Mary Blithe, Junction City; and Mrs. Ethleen Greene, Fort Valley; one brother, Wade H. Barnes, Birmingham, Al. Funeral services will be held at the Junction City Baptist Church, of which Mrs. Moore was a member, Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock. Rev. D.E. Donnahoo, assisted by Rev. E.H. Dunn, will officiate. Internment will be in the Junction City Cemetery. The following have been requested to serve as pallbearers: active, W.L. McGinty, C.W. Cox, Marvin Hendricks, C.W. Montgomery, J.E. Morgan, and H.E. Lumpkin; honorary, C.W. Mathews, J.E. Mathis, W.F. Morgan, Will Brown, Rod Brown, Terrel Fielder, Bob McBride, and J.B.
