Little James Matthews Childs, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Wimberly Childs died at my home. It was so sad to give him up, his little life was such a comfort and joy in his home. Oh how faithful that father and mother stood at the bedside tenderly nursing their little loved one, thinking at times when he would seem better, maybe God will spare him to us. How undissembling were our pleadings to God for we felt that we could not spare, but regardless of all that fond parents, loving relatives and three skillful physicians could go, God called him away to a far brighter home than ours. Surely God does His work in mysterious ways why He came and plucked that fair little from his parents who loved him so well we cannot understand. While it is our loss it is his eternal gain. Sadly he is missed in his home, his little life made each one feel so bright around him, always a sweet smile and a little baby word for every body. May God’s blessings ever rest upon the dear parents and comfort them in their sad hours. A Loving Aunt This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.7 Kb
