She had been sick about ten days but had been confined to her bed only a week. Some ten days prior to her death, she contracted a severe cold, which gradually grew worse and developed into pneumonia. She was quite sick all last week, and Sunday morning her condition was realized by the doctors in attendance to be very serious. She began to sink rapidly about noon, and the end came just before dark. The funeral services were held from her home Monday afternoon and were largely attended. Rev. Bascom Sentell, of the Methodist church conducted the services. For many years Mrs. Keller conducted a hotel in Talbotton. Since the death of her husband, about ten months ago, she had rented the hotel to other parties and was boarding with them. She was a member of the Methodist church, and a woman who had done many noble deeds. She will be greatly missed in the community.
