Death of Miss. Mary Stinson

Miss Mary Stinson died at the home of her brother, Mr. John Stinson, last 
Saturday morning from pneumonia.  She was sick only a short while.  Miss 
Stinson was very much loved in the community in which she lived and will be 
sadly missed.  Her death has caused much sorrow to all who knew her.  The 
burial occurred Sunday morning from the home and the services were conducted by 
Rev. J.Y. Allen of Thomaston.  She was buried at the family burying ground at 
Grenada.

*Note – There is an obituary for Miss Stinson in the March 24, 1904 issue of 
the New Era.  It is located on page 2 and the only date given in the article is 
her date of death, which is listed as January 13, 1904.  This is an error and 
it should read, February 13, 1904.
