Wimberly, breathed his last at their home in Talbot County, Georgia. His death was one of the saddest and it came as quite a sad shock to his loved ones. His little coffin was strewn with flowers brought by sympathizing friends, but all the sympathy in the world cannot heal the wound that death makes. Nothing but the hope of meeting some sweet day in the land of happiness will give peace to the broken heart. Everything was done that could be done to save the life of that precious baby, but all in vain. We cannot see why our wise Creator should take away our dear little darling and sadden our homes, but He is too wise for us. He was born Nov. 29, 1905 and since that time he had been a healthy baby until his recent illness. His toys lie undisturbed and we never hear his merry laughing. He sits no more upon our laps waiting for kisses and fond caresses. A place is vacant in his home that can never be filled. E.P.M.
