He moved there from Columbus some months ago, being in bad health, in the hopes that a change of climate would be beneficial but did not seem to improve after the change. He continued to grow weaker until the Grim Reaper came and he breathed his last. Mr. Willis spent his boyhood days in Talbotton and moved to Columbus some years ago. He had many friends in both places and his death has caused them much regret. Mrs. E.W. Kimbrough and Mrs. Rowland Willis of Talbotton went up to LaGrange to attend the funeral, Mr. Willis being their nephew.
