Murphy and on Thursday following his son, Jno. A. Murphy. Both were victims of pneumonia resulting from lagrippe. Mr. E.M. Murphy went to the war as a member of the 27th Georgia and served throughout the entire war in Col. Levi Smith’s regiment. He was a good soldier, and his old comrades in arms will sympathize with his afflicted family in their bereavement.
