Talbot County Items

New Era

Mrs. James Johnson, and her little eleven-year-old daughter, Florence, died at 
Chalybeate Springs Friday the 14th inst., from the effects of diphtheria.  Mr. 
and Mrs. Johnson were from Denver, Colorado and were on a visit to the family 
of Mr. Hugh Grant, of this county.  Their little son is also affected from the 
same disease.  Mr. Johnson has the sympathy of many friends in this sad 
affliction.
