Items from Talbot
New Era

On Monday Nov. 20th, at his home five miles south of Talbotton after a long and 
painful illness, surrounded by loved ones, all that was mortal of Mr. Job A. 
Ellison passed away.  For years Mr. Ellison has suffered from a complication of 
diseases, but with Christian fortitude and calm reliance in the death and 
resurrection of a crucified Savior he did not murmur when death came.  Mr. 
Ellison was about sixty years old and had perhaps resided in the county all of 
his life.
