Atlanta Constitution 
HAD JUST RETURNED FROM MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY.
 
Talbotton, Ga., June 17 -(Special)- Judge Henry Persons, ordinary of Talbot 
county ex-congressman from the Fourth congressional district, and a trustee of 
the University of Georgia died suddenly this afternoon at his residence on 
Collage street.
 The Interment will be in Oak Hill cemetery at Talbotton. Judge Persons had 
just come home from attending the annual meeting of the board of trustees of 
the University of Georgia and Athens, and his sudden death comes as a great 
shock to the entire community in which he has so long and usefully lived.
