Payne NOTE: Company I - 46th Regiment TIGNER, Urban Cooper, Jr -Private Mar 4, 1862. Captured near Atlanta, Ga July 28, 1864. Transfered from Camp Chase, Ohio to City Point, Va Mar 4, 1865. Received at Boulware & Cox's Wharves, James River, Va Mar 10-12, 1865. Collingsworth Methodist Cemetery Tigner, Susannah Rosamond Slaton 27NO1808 14SE1873 (wife of Rev Urban Cooper Tigner - Dec 23, 1830) Tigner, Urban Cooper 16OC1808 2SE1873 Tigner, William Rev 1849 1881 W.C. Tigner actually deeded the land for the cemetery to the Collingsworth Methodist Chapel in 1859. Rev. W.C. Tigner was performing marriages in Talbot County in the 1850's.
