She died February 16, 1911. She was born September 1, 1865. She was married December 30, 1890. She was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church of this place. She was a faithful member and always ready to help her church and help the poor. She was a loving wife and a faithful mother. She leaves a loving husband and six children, all to mourn her loss, besides five brothers and four sisters. We desire to thank our friends, both white and black for their kindness to us during her sickness. We truly pray God’s blessings upon you all. Written by her husband, A.W.
