Charles Vines Collier, Jr. was the son of Charles Vines Collier, Sr. & Rebecca 
M. Owen.  Born in Upson Co. 10 Oct 1846, he married Sarah Magnolia Womble 19 
Nov 1868 Talbot Co., GA.  He died 9 Dec 1883 in Talbot Co., GA and is buried 
at Evan's Chapel cemetery in Talbot Co., GA.
