This is "Daniel Allen's Family Register" which takes his line to the children 
of Anthony Garnett Smith, Jr. of Upson and Talbot counties, GA. The earliest date is 1728 and the latest date is 1891.

The origin of this document is unknown, but some believe Alline Garnett Smith, 
a daughter of Wesley Asbury Smith, M.D., may have been responsible for its 
creation. She joined DAR on Daniel Allen's service.
