Miss Lizzie Downs, of Daviston, Talbot County, Ga. and Mr. Len Daniel of Rowland were married near Thomaston Sunday morning at 9 o'clock at the residence of her grandmother, Mrs. Averett.  Rev. W.H. Brown, of Bullochville, performed the ceremony.


The wedding being a quiet home affair, only a few friends and relatives being present.  Miss Downs is one of Talbot's most loveable young women and loved by all who knew her.  She is the daughter of Mr. H.C. Downs, one of Talbot's most highly respected citizens.  No doubt she will be greatly missed among her wide circle of friends.


Mr. Daniel is one of Upson's most prosperous young farmers and of excellent character.


Both parties have a wide circle of friends who wish for them all the good things of a long and prosperous life.
