Married

On Wednesday morning last at the residence of Mr. John Heart (Hart?) near 
Prattsburg, Mr. T.J. Mathews, of Marion County was married to Miss Allie S. 
Heart Rev. I.F. Griffith performing the ceremony.  One of Marion’s most 
prominent citizens has reason to congratulate himself in winning the hand and 
heart of such an excellent lady.  They enter upon their new relation with the 
best wishes of many friends. – West Ga. News

Note:  The spelling of the surname Hart was given as Heart in this 
announcement.  I'm familar with a Hart family who lived in Talbot County and 
speculate that this was a typing error.  If anyone is researching this family 
and can verify the correct spelling of the name please contact me.
