Married

The friends of Mr. R.D. Raines, formerly of Talbotton, will be interested to 
read the following clipping from a newspaper published in Portales, New Mexico:

“On May 27, at 8:30 o’clock at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
Oldham, Mr. R.D. Raines and Miss Mollie Oldham were happily united in holy 
matrimony by Rev. M.D. Hill.

Mr. Raines is the popular clerk at the Donoloo Mercantile Co., of our town and 
Miss Oldham is one of Portale’s most estimable young ladies.”

Mr. Raines is son of Judge and Mrs. W.J. Raines of Talbotton and has a host of 
friends at his old home who join in congratulations.
