Dr. Carter, the popular pastor of the First Presbyterian Church. The home was beautifully decorated with palms, ferns and roses. The bride wore a lovely dress of white Irish Point Lace and white ribbon, and carried a bouquet of white carnations and maiden-hair fern. Mendelsohn?s wedding march was played by Miss McArdle, who also softly and sweetly played the ?Spring Song? while the ceremony was being performed. The bride is a charming and accomplished young lady who has many lovable traits or character. The groom is a popular young member of the Alabama Bar, who has many friends throughout the state who wish him much happiness. Delightful refreshments were served and many handsome presents were received. The happy couple will be at home to their friends on Ingersoll Heights, Phoenix, Ala.
