Kellum at their country home near Talbotton on the twentieth of December at three thirty o’clock in the afternoon. Miss Kellum is one of Talbot County’s most attractive young ladies and has a large circle of admiring friends and acquaintances. Mr. Edwards is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Edwards of Talbotton. For several years past he has held the responsible position of bookkeeper for E.H. McGehee, well-known supply merchant of Talbotton. The Talbotton New Era Thursday, December 21, 1905 Page 7 Kellum – Edwards Miss Jeanie Kellum and Mr. Edgar Edwards were quietly married at the home of the bride’s parents about seven miles northwest of Talbotton yesterday afternoon at three o’clock. The ceremony was performed by Dr. J.B. McGehee of Helena, Ga. The bride is one of the most popular young ladies of Talbot County and is quite a favorite in the community in which she resided. Mr. Edwards is a well-known and popular young man of Talbotton and by his sterling business qualities and genial manner has won for himself a host of friends. Mr. and Mrs. Edwards will make their home in Talbotton. The New Era joins with the many friends of this happy young couple in wishing them a long and happy life.
