Webster, on Wednesday afternoon. The home was simply and artistically decorated. To the strains of Mendelsohn played by Mrs. Corn Ellis the couple entered and their vows were plighted in the presence of a few intimate friends, Rev. N.C. Underwood officiating. The bride is a womanly woman and possesses the attributes to make happy the home and heart of the man in whom she trusts. She wore a blue cloth gown with hat and gloves to match and carried a shower bouquet of violets. Mr. Caldwell is an excellent young planter, and in every way worthy of the noble bride he has won. He is the grandson of the late Mr. Monk and has inherited the traits that rendered his grandfather so popular and successful. Handsome and useful tokens of their friends’ esteem were displayed. They left immediately for the groom’s home at Daviston. This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.6 Kb
