GA pages 111 - 113 Georgia} Talbot Co.} In the name of God Amen. I James Bradberry being of sound dosposing mind and memory of knowing that it is once appointed for all to die have made ordained appointed and constituted this my last will and testament, hereby, and by these presents do make void all wills and codicils heretofore by me made. I give my soul to God who gave it, and my body to the dust from whence it came, and that after my decease I should be decently buried in a Christian like manner after which that all my just debts should be paid. Item 1st I hereby will or give unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Bradberry my lot of Land whereon I now live, with all the improvements thereon, and what household and kitchen furniture, stock of every description, horses hogs cattle and sheep and also what portion of my negroes that is not otherwise disposed of that she may deem sufficient for her support during her natural life, and after her death to fall back into my estate to be disposed of as are herein afterwards described. Item 2nd I give and it is my will a (pl-?-) of the present crop of corn fodder wheat and meat for my wife's support the present or ensuing years and the ballance of crop and stocks as may be found of no use to the support of my wife as above mentioned should be sold and devided among my six children as the (-?-) part of my estate. Item 3rd I give and it is hereby my will that my grand daughter Roxanna C. Bradberry the only heir of my deceased son William Bradberry should receive only the sum of ten Dollars of my estate as a full share or portion. Item 4th I give or will unto my son James Bradberry my Lot of Land in Cherokee drawn in by me and in my own name, Extra of an equal share also one negro man Daniel he is to take at valuation. Item 5th I give and hereby will unto my son John Bradberry my Lot of Land drawn in the County of Early in my name Exclusive of an equal share of my other estate which may be found at my death. Item 6th I will that my three daughters that is unmarried and my daughter Mary Adams should have my Lot of Land whereon I now live after the death of my wife as an extra part of my estate to be valued equally between them, and , as I have heretofore given off property to my children as they married I want all to be appraised as so much given out of my estate and let them share in a share alike only the heir to my deceased son William Bradberry. I close it at the same specified Ten Dollars. Item 7th I hereby my beloved wife Elizabeth Bradberry and my son John Bradberry and my sole Executors to carry into complete effect this my last will and testament.
