First-I will that my Executrix pay my just debts as soon after my death as she can. Second-I will to my wife, Martha Mullins, my entire land estate, consisting of Lot No. 144(one hudred and fortty four)in the second District originally Troup now Talbot County containing 202 1/2(two hundred two and a half acres of land more or less;also one fraction of land in the 22(twenty-second District of originally Muscogee now Talbot. also (28)twenty eight acres it being a part of fraction No.(294)two hundred and ninety four in the (22)twenty second District of originally Muscogee now Harris County-also(34)thirty four acres it being a part of Fraction No(293)two hundred and ninety three in the twenty second district of originally Muscogee now Harris County. I will also to my wife, Martha Mullins, my entire stock of horses, mules, cattle and hogs-my household and kitchen furniture. I will that my wife, Martha Mullins, have the above described lands and the stock with its increase during her life. At the death of my wife Martha Mullins I will that the above described lands and stock be divided into five equal shares giving one share to William A. Mullins, one share to Sarah Brakefield, one share to Anne Womble, one share to Caroline Hanson, one share to Julia Brakefield. Third-I will to James M. Gorham two hundred dollars to be raised from the sale of cotton now on hand. Fourth-I will to my daughter, Amanda Turner five dollars. Fifth- I will to my daughter, Augusta Riley five dollars. Sixth-I will to my daugher, Josephine, five dollars Seventh- I will to my daugher, Sydney Latham five dollars Eightth- I will to my daugher, Lenora five dollars Ninth-I appoint my wife, Martha Mullins, my executrix In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy one.
