Will Book B Page 500 Georgia, Talbot County I, Claudia McLaughlin, of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my will and testament, hereby revoking and amending all others by me heretofore made. Item 1. I desire that my body be buried in a Christian like manner suitable to my circumstance and condition in life. Item 2. I direct that all my just debts be paid. Item 3. I give, bequeath and devise to my husband, Louie/Lovie McLaughlin, One Hundred Dollars in cash. Item 4. I give, bequeath and devise to my two sons, John Julian McLaughlin and Claude Martin McLaughlin, one fourth each of all the property I have, to be ? and personally to my daughter Katie I give one fourth of all the property I have and One Thousand Dollars in addition to her one fourth which One Thousand Dollars is to be paid and charged against the share of Spencer S. McLaughlin; to my son Spencer McLaughlin I give one fourth of all my property but the share of the said Spencer S. McLaughlin must pay $1,000 to Katie McLaughlin as herein provided. Item 5. It is the will and desire that some blood relatives of mine or some person, in no way related to or connected with Louie/Lovie McLaughlin, my husband, be guardian of my children and executor of this will, and that my husband share in no event be guardian or executor.
