Will Book B Written: September 6 1915 Recorded: November 1 1915 Talbot County, Ga. Will Book B Page 491 State of Georgia – Talbot County I, Lemuel J. Adams, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. Item 1. I wish my executor, as soon as possible after my death, to pay my debts. Item 2. I give and bequeath all of my property of every description, both real and personal, after the payment of my debts, to my beloved wife, Alice, not doubting she will use the same for herself and the children I leave surviving me. Item 3. I do hereby appoint my beloved wife, Alice, executrix of this my will, and relieve her of having an appraisement of my estate and from making any returns to any Court. In testimony whereof, I have hereto set my hand this 6th day of September, 1915. Lem J. Adams Signed and published by Lemuel J. Adams, as his last will and testament, in the presence of the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance and request of said testator, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other.
