Bradshaw, of said State and County, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament; Item First I desire that at my death I have a Christian burial and in keeping with my standing in life. Item Second I give and bequeath to my wife Leander Bradshaw and my two daughters Etta and Zoudie Bradshaw, my house and lot and four acres of land in Geneva, Georgia, to be enjoyed by them during their life; in the event either one of my daughters should marry or should both of them marry, the said house and lot and four acres of land is to be enjoyed by my wife Leander Bradshaw during her lifetime, provided she does not marry, and at her death or marriage, the said house and lot and four acres of land is to revert to my estate to be shared by my heirs equally.
